When your favorite expedition-ready orange food truck invites you to camp with them, you reroute the GPS. . And boy did it pay off. We arrived in the pitch black night and tucked into their double site. Ann got the exhausted kids to bed as I double chocked the wheels and dropped the nose as low as it could go to level. Within 10 minutes, we were by roaring fire with an IPA in hand and a few minutes later, Brad and Oksana emerged from @perkymog carrying two of their magical orange LeCrueset pots. . The last time we'd seen these pots, we'd been served beef stroganoff at a beach campsite in Ninilchik, Alaska after Oksana found out my Russian grandma used to make it for our family (and my mom still does). This time, we filled bowls with delicious Thai chicken with lemon grass and a lamb goulash. Best food truck ever! .
