Last of the #instacatchup from Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore this weekend. We had every intention of leaving the campsite to drive somewhere for a glimpse of the impressive striated and arched bluffs we'd seen on other IG feeds... but we didn't. . Instead, we took walks on the beach collecting almost spherical rocks, and I made some hammock bunks with a new single hammock I'd been sent to review (link in profile if you're interested in an inexpensive hammock - review so far: when tied between trees, you can lie in it without falling #sponsored). I was promptly kicked out of mine, but Wynne had fun climbing up and down between them and both girls eventually requested their blankets to snuggle in. Within 5 minutes, Mae was asleep! . I took the opportunity to take the truck out on some of the dirt "truck trails" in the state park land just south of the National Seashore, a couple of which our GPS had tried to route us in on with the trailer. Only a few slightly challenging sections, but otherwise beautiful fall colors and a little mud on the tires made for a nice afternoon. . #hammock #hammockwithkids #airstream #liveriveted #myrivetedlife #justhangingaround
